There are several restaurants, coffee houses, bars, supermarkets, backeries, doctors, post offices, banks (ATM). The main shopping street in walking distance (3-5 minutes).

Das Apartment liegt im EG eines ehemaligen Hotels und wurde 2017/18 komplett renoviert. Bis in Wetzlar's Stadtmitte sind es ca. 3km. Gaststätte/Restaurant mit schönem Biergarten in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca 900 mtr. Ein eigener Parkplatz, sowie kostenfreies W-Lan sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Für Anreisen nach 21 Uhr steht Ihnen unser Keyboy zu Verfügung. Das Apartment ist mit einer "Junior Suite" in einem Hotel vergleichbar. Privatsphäre ist garantiert.

Welcome, dear prospective guest! A freshly renovated apartment awaits you. The picturesque house has a large garden with cozy corners for barbecuing, relaxing & unwinding. In the garden, a cozy sauna with pool can be used. Children can and are allowed to live out their natural urge to move and play. Parents, of course, too. Alternatively, relaxing walks or excursions (e.g. canoe trips on the Lahn) are possible. The university town of Gießen is around the corner!

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

In the 56 sqm basement apartment is all you need. Bedroom with bathroom, closet for your clothes. Large living-dining room & separate kitchen. Living room: sofa bed with table, (sofa bed 1,60x2,00 ). Enjoy your time in our stylish and lovingly furnished apartment. Our apartment has an open living/dining area with kitchenette, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, fridge (+ freezer) and a coffee machine. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable double bed 140 cm and a wardrobe. Another sleeping space is available on the sofa bed.
