Small but nice studio on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a villa from the turn of the century. 30 sqm freshly renovated with 2 single beds , which can be converted into a double bed on request, a cozy sitting/dining area, flat screen (DVTB), radio, CD player. New kitchenette with all necessary cooking utensils (dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster.....) Fully renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. In the entrance area there is a spacious built-in wardrobe. The house is located in a quiet but central location in the so-called poetry district, within walking distance of the spa park and the world-famous Art Nouveau spa courtyard, as well as most of the many clinics and spa facilities for which Bad Nauheim is known. Also train station and city center are only about 10 minutes away on foot. The extensive spa park with the large pond offers opportunities for rest and relaxation, but also for mini golf and chess. During the season you can skate in the adjacent ice stadium or visit one of the exciting ice hockey games of the "Red Devils Bad Nauheim". By the way, Bad Nauheim was the home of Elvis and his family during his army time in Friedberg. For this reason, there is an Elvis festival every year in mid-August, which is now very well known and well attended in relevant circles. Try to rent a room during this time in Bad Nauheim....! In addition, the spa administration offers a variety of lectures, guided tours and events. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking (Taunus and Wetterau) and numerous other places of interest (Frankfurt /M. - city and airport, Friedberg, Bad Homburg, Wetzlar, Saalburg, etc.) can be easily reached after a short drive. Super nice spacious apartment with fast Internet. 5-minute walk to the old town market square with half-timbered houses, only 3-minute drive by car to the highway, in all directions. Within walking distance 10 minutes to Butzbach train station with direct connection to Frankfurt/Gießen/Kassel. Fresh eggs from happy chickens are right around the corner. Beautiful Butzbach old town with castle and castle garden. Driving distance by car to Frankfurt a. M. 25 min. In 15 min. to Gießen/Bad Nauheim/Wetzlar/Friedberg.

Small old guesthouse from the Licher Castle from the 15th century. century is inviting for relaxation. There are 85 square meters available on three floors. In recent years, the house has been extensively renovated, with individual beams being staged as a visible framework. This results in a beautiful combination of modern and medieval. Within walking distance are sights such as the brewery, the castle with its park, the Marienstiftskirche, as well as all shopping.

Our apartment (about 35 square meters) is centrally located in the center of the historic old town of Butzbach, the pearl of the Wetterau. The medieval market square with its historic half-timbered houses is one of the most beautiful in Germany. The apartment has a separate entrance with video intercom. The central location makes it easy to reach all the shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The train station is a 3-minute walk away.

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. Great accommodation. We were looking for a place to stay near Hüttenberg to visit relatives. Fortunately, we found this place, the tiny house was great. Thanks to Martin, who pre-cooled the accommodation with the air conditioner. Very nice host, by the way. Our dogs also felt very comfortable. If we come back to the area, we'll be happy to come back.

Cozy apartment with terrace

The accommodation keeps 100% of what it promises! We were very satisfied and can highly recommend the apartment! It was really sparkling clean. It is tastefully but simply furnished, so everyone can feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, so you can cook properly and there were even small touches like chilled water bottles. The large bathtub invites you to relax and on the terrace you can soak up the sun very well! The area is very good, so we were able to sleep through the night. By car, you can reach Giessen in less than 10 minutes and also drive through a beautiful forest! A small note for all animal hair allergy sufferers: the neighbor's cat is very sociable and quickly comes into the living room when the terrace door is open or comes to the terrace for cuddling. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay!

It is a quiet place, which was nice for us, but by car you can also quickly get to the small villages in the area that have something to offer culturally, as well as paths for hiking or walking.
