We are located on the route Ljubljana-Kočevje, which is a great starting point for routes into the famous or unknown. For the time of rental, we do piss for your vehicle. Also interesting for overnight/overnight stays.

Our house is located in a forest in the mountains at an altitude of 890 meters above the sea level. Having been with us, you will have the opportunity to feel, to rediscover, all the beauty and fullness of nature, regardless of the season. You can enjoy hiking, picking mushrooms, berries, various herbs, as well as the opportunity to see and watch wild animals.

Oblak Estate Studio XL is a cosy loft studio for 4 on the second floor of a traditional Slovenian country house. With attractive wooden ceilings and floors, the décor is rustic with a modern twist. The studio is open-plan with a dining table next to the kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, fridge and freezer. Lunch and dinner are available on site, by prior arrangement (€12 per person). There is a double bed, a bunk bed, a large, walk-in wardrobe and a satellite TV.

Throughout the winter and spring months using of the hot tub must be announced at least 2 full days prior the arrival.

Enjoy the lovely setting of this romantic spot in nature. There is a bee house nearby! There is additional fee for cleaning. From January 15th till April 15th there is an extra fee for using the hot tub!! Reservation is needed in advance; price 25,00 € For last minute reservations - please contact us if the jacuzzi is ready for use (it needs some time to warm up!!!).
