Vacation rentals with beach access in Municipality of Kobarid

We had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful, quiet and close to small towns like Tolmin. You find beautiful Waterfalls and swimming spots. Hinko gave us advice and we found great spots. You don’t have a living room inside but the outside kitchen provides everything you need. Our children likes the cats very much and picking strawberries in the garden. We definetely recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum, sehr sauber, groß und alles da was man braucht. Sehr nette Gastgeber, alles sehr unkompliziert.Wir kommen gerne wieder

Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns bei Bernarda und ihrem Mann willkommen gefühlt! Die Kommunikation war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Unterkunft war in einem malerischen Dorf. Man kann daher naturgemäß keine unmittelbare Anbindung an andere Orte erwarten. Es sei denn man nutzt das Auto. Zu Fuß kann man jedoch innerhalb von 5 Minuten die Soça erreichen und auch die Tolmin-Klamm kann man innerhalb einer Wandertagesetappe gut zu Fuß erreichen. (Ca 20km inkl. Rückweg, der Besuch lohnt sich im Übrigen sehr!) Die Unterkunft besticht durch die tolle Außenküche (welche je nach Auslastung durch einen der Mieter genutzt werden kann), den Garten und den wunderschönen, nicht verbauten Blick in die Natur. Besonderes I-Tüpfelchen ist der Whirlpool, der diesen Ausblick auch mit blubberndem Wasser verbindet. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und ausreichend groß. Direkt nebenan ist eine weitere Air-BnB Wohnung und Bernada wohnt ebenfalls nebenan. Bis bald! ❤

Good location, pleasant place

My dog and I stayed in Abyss Adventures ans Apartments for two days and we had a lovely time in this charming place. The view from the terrace of our apartment was absolutely stunning with an overlook of the Julian Alps. Petra was such a friendly hostess too and she gave me some nice directions for amazing hiking trails in the area. I highly recommend this gem of an airbnb and would love to return again.

We had a very pleasant stay, starting with the warmest welcome I ever experienced with an Airbnb. We had enough privacy during our stay and enjoyed the beautiful outdoors with a river swimming spot just across the road. The immediate vicinity of the train wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come back!

We had a terrific stay here. The apartment is well situated and easy to get in and out of. Everything we needed was available and Karl was available to answer any questions that we had.

Na een hartelijk ontvangst met tips aan de hand van een kaart, hebben we een heerlijke tijd gehad. Het huisje biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Geen overbodige luxe, maar dat hebben wij niet nodig tijdens onze vakantie, die vooral gericht is op buiten zijn, lekker wandelen en de Soca-valley ontdekken. Daarvoor was de accommodatie perfect. Goede bedden, genoeg handdoeken en ook de keuken was goed voorzien van bestek, pannen en dergelijke. We komen graag terug!

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Brian’s place is as described. It’s very close to Bohinj lake and tourist info centre, yet quiet and private. Great views from the villa and very accessible to most must see places in Bohinj. We were there 5 nights and felt at home. It’s great value especially for a large family as there are 3 rooms upstairs, 2 with queen size beds and 1 room with 2 single beds. Highly recommend!

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage bei luka. Die Hälfte davon hat es zwar in Strömen geregnet, aber das war egal. Wir haben es uns gemütlich bei Feuer gut gehen lassen, gelesen, Spiele gespielt und entspannt. Die Soca ist 5 Minuten entfernt und im Sommer gibt es eine herrliche Badestelle. Die Ruhe und Einsamkeit hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für die Hunde war es auch super.

The place was just perfect. House is tiny but as comfy as it can be. It's the last house in a village so there is literally no one around, just pure nature and mountins surrounding a huge yard. There is even a little hidden waterfall just behing the house in a forest. House had everything we needed and it is really well equipped. Jernej was also really helpful and a great host, he met us there with fire going in an oven inside so it was already warmed up and he even gave us a carton of eggs for breakfast! Also, pictures cant justify how beautiful the whole place is. Also the place is dog friendly and our dogs enjoyed it very much. We would definitely like to book the place again.

Really lovely cottage with a perfectly equipped kitchen, a big BBQ, outside seating, and lots of space in the bedrooms that accommodate up to 20 people. The fireplace makes the living room cozier and the house has a separate downstairs entrance that comes in handy when returning from a hike with dirty boots/soaked clothes. Everything was nice and clean. It's the perfect location to do day hikes around lake Bohinj or the Triglavska Jezera Tour. We would definitely come back to this house!

Es ist noch schöner als beschrieben. Altes und wild romantisches Haus. Es bietet viel Platz und ist ideal für zwei Familien geeignet. Es gibt verschiedene Gemeinschaftsräume auf die man sich verteilen kann. Wegen steiler Treppen nicht barierefrei. Die Terrasse ist riesig und bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick über das weitläufige Grundstück die Täler und die Berge. Mit dem Fernglas kann man bei gutem Wetter den Paraglidern zuschauen. Es gibt ein extra Haus für Joga mit unglaublicher Lage, das wir mitbenutzen durften. An das Grundstück grenzt ein wunderbarer Fluss. Durch die Strömung mit natürlicher Gegestromanlage für endloses Schwimmen. Springen. Staudamm. Die Bahn fährt mehrmals am Tag hör und sichtbar auf der anderen Talseite. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dadurch auch Ausflüge (z.B. Bled) mit dem Zug möglich und sehr zu empfehlen. Auch vom Haus aus sind schöne Spaziergänge möglich. John und Sarah wohnen mit ihren kleinen Kindern gegenüber des Hauses.

the location is outstanding if you like nature and the outdoors. Barbara is great host and has a beautiful house with a wonderful garden. there is lots to do in the region and for convenience there is a nice restaurant 30 meters away.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Kindern und hatten hier eine wirklich schöne und erholsame Zeit. Der Fluss vor dem Haus lädt zum täglichen Baden ein, es gibt etliche Wanderwege in der Umgebung, wir waren Kanufahren, haben Museen besichtigt und haben Weingüter besucht. Das Tal bietet aber viele weitere Aktivitäten wie zum Beispiel Angeln, Radfahren oder Rafting. Die Natur ist atemberaubend. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Host was very helpful and accommodating, and the property is spacious and very clean. The view is stunning, and we loved our walk from the house through the flower meadows to the lake. We also enjoyed a number of other walks from the doorstep into the pristine countryside using our Cicerone Julian Alps of Slovenia guide book. Handy little supermarket a few minutes walk away and we enjoyed two evening meals in Gostilna Mihovc.

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it. SPACE: The apt was spacious for the two of us and exactly what we were looking for. The balcony with the view of the mountains and lake was absolutely beautiful, but note it is shared with the other apartment (the other balcony has a garden view and is private). Wi-Fi was strong, bed is comfortable, apt is clean and great water pressure. The bathtub has a detachable shower head; this was communicated to me beforehand and I had no issue with it. While we didn’t cook in the kitchen, it looked well stocked with your basic needs. LOCATION: It is located in Stara Fuzina and close to several restaurants/bars and the market. The walk to the lake is about 10 min, and taking this path to the “main” Lake Bohinj area was about another 10 min, including the main bus station. HOST: Matija is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met! He is very responsive, helpful and goes above and beyond. I would stay anywhere he hosts!

We loved our stay here, having the pool was a real bonus with the sunny weather. the whole outside space was great for us, we cooked out there in the mornings and evenins. The location is very quiet but there was a bar next door and a couple of restaurants which were walkable. overall we had a great time and Gregor was very friendly and checked to make sure we had everything we need.

Our stay at Matija's place was wonderful! My first time in Slovenia I stayed here and I made sure to make a note to make sure to stay here again whenever I came back! Matija is super flexible and communication was so easy! The place itself is awesome! It is a 10 min walk to the lake and also has a super nice view! The apartment is super clean and comfortable. There is a full kitchen and 2 balcony's to enjoy a nice a nice glass of wine or some snacks! Needless to say, I highly recommend and can only say positive things about Matija's place and communication with him. Thanks for a great stay!! I look forward to visiting again soon!

Alles super! Toll für Ausflüge entlang der Soča. Auch der Check in war problemlos und die Kommunikation sehr gut. Wir hatten eine Reifenpanne und die beiden haben uns sofort geantwortet und Hilfe angeboten.

Lovely spot, easy walk to many hiking trails and lake Bohinji. Easy parking. Great restaurants steps away.

Jernej was the most wonderful host. From greeting us at the door to saying goodbye. Jernej was very welcoming, ready to explain every detail of their lovely apartment we would be staying in, sharing details around the area and giving the tips where to go. He provided snacks, drinks, and all required toiletries. The spacious and private balcony has a spectacular view of Triglav and the surrounding national park. The kitchen has everything you would need and more. + has a dryer, washing machine and parking space. Which made everything so easy and comfortable for us to stay in this place. Thank you Jernej for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this to anybody wishing to stay near Lake Bohinj.
