While we are happy to host for just one night, many guests who have arrived for one night have said they wished they’d booked for 2 because there’s lots to see and enjoy and it’s nice to have time to relax

(A car is necessary - we are in a very beautiful rural area with very limited public transport.)

It has been famously described as 'having it's own private sky and private horizon'. Here, in this protected landscape, farmers and it's other inhabitants co-exist with nature.
