The old Loft

The old Loft is a one bedroom apartment that would sleep a family of 4/5. It is situated on a working farm where you can enjoy seeing the sheep, lambs and Clydesdale horses. We are less than a 5 minute drive to the beautiful beaches and golf courses that surround us. A perfect get away for walkers, surfers, golfers or if whiskey is your thing there are 3 distilleries to explore! Joanne's place was a peaceful retreat for 2 people with beautiful views over to Arran. The accommodation was very well equipped in the kitchen and the double bed was very comfortable. The main bathroom was a good size too. It was nice to be off grid for a while and we felt benefits of quality downtime in the house. 10m away you have your perfect spot for a morning dip and within a short walk you have a small hotel with friendly locals for company.

We had an amazing stay at the Doll's House. Marie & Ellis are lovely hosts and we instantly felt right at home. The cottage is the perfect size, with a lovely view from living room and front porch. The kitchen is well stocked which is sometimes a rarity with Airbnb. Located close to the Gigha ferry it's a perfect spot to explore the rest of Kintyre. Highly recommended and we hope to return soon.
