About 5 minutes by car from the city, on a site of about 400 pyeong or more, there is a 30-pyeong rural house. At the edge of the village, with a forest garden-like feeling, Namsan Mountain seen from the large window indoors, Mueungwangneung Royal Tombs that seems to be captured on a wide deck, a cool hanok view from a low wall, and a path behind the house where you can take a light walk along the Osulloc promenade, all in harmony with the sound of birds all day long, I think it is the best resting place away from the busy daily life. Spacious parking, in-house kitchen amenities, and separate barbecue facilities provide convenience and enjoyment to guests. In particular, the transportation is convenient with the city permit, and the tourist route is close, so it will be satisfactory as a base for a pleasant trip.

Heiri has moved from Hwangridan-gil to the vicinity of the Namsanjaak Arboretum in Gyeongju to provide a slightly more spacious and comfortable space. L Hanok Stay was built as a private Hanok guesthouse in April 2023, after a year of remodeling work, following the purchase of a 1975 house in May 2022. We tried to add modern convenience while adding the elegance of Hanok, and we tried to add a European style to give it a variety. It is located in the center of Hwangnidan-gil, and it is located in a location where you can go to the road to Gyeongju tourist attractions such as Daereungwon (Cheonmajeong), Cheomseongdae, Donggung and Wolji, and there are restaurants (next to Cheongonchae) and cafes (Olive) around Hwangnidan-gil. The use of the jacuzzi in Hanok is available for a fee. It is 30,000 KRW for paid use.
