Sandra was very helpful, communicates great, and was gracious to meet specific needs we had for our stay. Vincent, her caretaker, was very diligent to take care of us and to always let us know his availability. The house is very comfortable, clean, and spacious.

The outdoor garden features a well-kept grassy area surrounded by various plants, including self-grown banana trees. A simple wooden table is positioned on one side, while the blue house stands nearby, with several large windows allowing natural light inside.

Communication at the start was very poor but after meeting Hamza at reception he was very understanding and accommodating as-well as friendly. Very nice place. It will be my go to when I travel back next year. Friendly housekeeping staff. Very Safe place with Security on deck especially if you have kids. They make sure the visitors are happy first. Upper Apartment. 2 bedroomed and Fully Furnished

At Elizabeth’s apartment you’re gonna find a home away from yours. Security first off is great; with a day watch person and a night security team. The perimeter wall surrounding the premises appears top notch too. I personally never once worried for my safety, unlike previous times I’ve lived elsewhere in Kampala. The road close by is being used as a detour by several suburb residents, so expect a little noise during rush hour times. Besides that little noise there is pure serenity in house and outside, in the gardens south of the premises. The staff is ever attentive, so helpful, always smiling regardless time of the day, and most importantly so respectful. Even on cleaning days they worked on our schedule and never intruded in our space. The a/c was a little hard to work initially, but Elizabeth gave us instructions and it was smooth sailing afterwards. Observe the solar energy guidelines provided in the apartment and use the power meaningfully. Overall, this is a place i came to love and call home. Everything is as advertised, except that neon shower: that’s way better in reality than in the pictures. I would definitely recommend and also stay here again when in Kampala. Thank you Elizabeth.
