What an absolute gem this place is! It's everything you want from a home - the room, the workdesks(!), the kitchenette, the patio/balcony, the bathroom, everything was great. I struggle to find a fault in any of the amenities! The location is also very good. Surrounded by local eateries and convenience stores. It's a 20 minute walk from the city center, 5 minutes from the bus terminal and 25 from the train station. It's not in the absolute center but it's so close and that's the best thing you could ask for in Hat Yai. We will return to Hat Yai even if I only to stay again. Honestly, we've been to pretty much everywhere in SEA and Chong's place trumps all. 10/10!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Wonderful Homestay Experience! I had an amazing stay at this homestay! The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and just as shown in the pictures. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, complimentary drinks, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to shops and attractions. The owner was really helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!

Big house for Group -Karaoke room & Budget Price!

Host is very responsive and helpful. Great homestay for big group of friends. Although location is a little far from Lee Garden, but it’s easy to get Grab or even easy if you drive your own car.
