这次住宿能选到这个别墅还是很幸运的，房东和管家全程1对1服务，大部分行程都是管家帮忙安排制定，很方便，虽然别墅靠山上点，但是这次雨季发洪水一点没影响到我们，很幸运，小朋友在泳池玩水都很开心，走下去一点点路就有711超市，按摩店，还有很多饭店，总体还是很满意。

мы с семьёй приехали на Пхукет на месяц, проживали у Günter несколько дней сначала, уже отзыв писал недавно про это и после переселились в другое жилье, но решили вернуться в этот дом, увидели свободные даты у Günter и не пожалели. Отличное место, все прекрасно, спасибо хозяину ещё раз, очень отзывчивый, после первого нашего заселения написали в пожеланиях, что хорошо было бы установить wifi , но не обязательно и когда мы вернулись Günter установил wifi :) Очень тихое спокойное место , от пляжа не далеко, рядом есть магазины и рестораны. спасибо ещё раз!

He estat 15 dies a casa seva mentres feia un stage de busseig i, tot i ser fora tot el dia fent la meva, vaig tenir l'oportunitat de compartir bastants moments amb la seva germana, una persona activa i també super amable. Molt de respecte i li encanta cuinar i recomanar llocs i compartir converses. Els dos gossos respecten l'espai personal i són dos amors ben divertits. Sens dubte, tinc sort d'haver-les trobat.

Ploy è stata molto gentile e veloce con le risposte. L’appartamento è molto confortevole e spazioso, si dorme benissimo, la piscina molto bella peccato chiuda alle 9 p.m un po’ presto però la vista è uno spettacolo. Posizione appena fuori dal centro di Patong e lontano casino di Bangla Road, molto positivo perché sei vicino a 5 minuti di motorino ma non senti per niente il rumore. C’è 7Eleven sotto casa molto comodo per qualsiasi cosa ti serva. Tutto bene, ci tornerei ancora !
