Wake to the sound of whip birds, watch water dragons and abundant birdlife from the elevated deck overlooking a beautiful creek. The retreat is fully self contained. Full kitchen facilities. Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Our place is on the river in a peaceful residential block, close to all amenities. We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

We do welcome your dog and can even accommodate your horse by prior arrangement.

The Space - has a living area ,dinning area, kitchen with gas cook top ( no oven) 120 L. fridge, kettle, toaster, iron, TV, DVD, CD . Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
