We discovered our cottage in the beautiful Westerwald by chance in 2019 – and immediately fell in love. Between March 2020 and August 2021, we transformed it with a lot of passion and attention to detail into a place where you can relax and recharge your batteries. For me – Janine, a trained hotel manager – it is particularly important to bring people closer to the small and large beauties of life: through time for themselves, with the family or simply in nature. Whether alone, as a couple or with children: our cottage invites you to switch off, feel, pause. A place to find yourself (again) – and to celebrate life.

We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. The cozy ambience invites you to linger and is the ideal starting point for excursions. So you can explore the Maifeld, hike the dream paths, visit Eltz Castle, take part in a wine tasting on the Mosel or take a boat trip on the Rhine.

Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.
