We love our house! It's on the most amazing location right by the sea with a view over beautiful mountains, surrounded by nature, and if you are lucky you'll see wild life like reindeers, otters, moose and whales and you can also see Northern Lights from the house. We built the house in 2018 and moved in right away. The house is modern, well equipped and it has a fantastic panorama sauna only a few meters from the sea. The place is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly and helpful.

Velkommen til vår koselige hytte! Denne tradisjonelle hytten ble opprinnelig brukt som egne-bu for fiske og fangst i gamle dager. Den er renovert og har toalett i egen bygning som på 1950 tallet. Deres private bad og vaskemaskin er i verts bolig. Hytten ligger for seg selv i havgapet med fantastisk utsikt over hav, fjell og fjord, Det er et rikt dyreliv her og stranden er rett utenfor. Kanskje får dere øye på dyr som elg, oter, hval, røyskatt eller ørn :)

Cottage on beautiful Skulgam

Make memories for life in this unique and family-friendly place. Skulgam is about 30 min drive from Tromsø city centre which has a good selection of shops and cafes. The space has a rich wildlife with good hunting and fishing opportunities. In winter, there are great opportunities for discovering the northern lights. The area also has great mountains for top hikes and skiing from the cabin.

The home was really beautiful and as described. The star of the home was the steam shower that was perfect after a long day of hiking. The couch was also large. Jarl was really flexible for our check in and out, plus was really fast to respond especially as we arrived which was helpful. You are only a thirty minute walk into town, so very close to all the bakeries and restaurants. Area is quiet, and one of the bedrooms is really dark which is great for the midnight sun.

Communication went smoothly. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. The place was clean and tidy. The washing machine was missing on arrival but was brought and connected the same evening so that we could still wash. We had a nice night.

Kent’s place is outstanding. It is exactly like the pictures. Amazing water view, easy to find, comfortable bed and great host! Kent was easy to communicate with and was there to show us how to use the Airbnb. The is even a beautiful fire pit with seating. His place has everything you need! Highly recommend staying there!!

Very nice and warm place! We were greeted with a tasty cake by the friendly hosts, who kept in touch with us and were quick to respond. Very clean, modern facilities, close to hiking trails (beautiful views from the nearby mountains) and to Tromso itself. Highly recommended!
