Wonderful new building and apartment, modern and comfortable

The stay at Art Kourion was perfect! The apartment is fabulous: it's beautiful and so well equipped that it really leaves nothing to be desired - and you can see the sea from the beautiful balcony. The bed is very comfortable, the apartment bright, modern and furnished with beautiful art. And Eleni really is a fabulous host: she was always quick to help us with any issue and gave us great tips for the area to explore. She even left homemade pies and wine on our doorstep as a little surprise! She is an absolutely helpful and warm-hearted person - we are already looking forward to our next visit with her! Thank you Eleni for giving us such a lovely stay.

Lovely new apartment well furnished, lots of modern technology. The owner is very responsive and has always been in touch. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The only sad thing is the appearance of the building, which is now under reconstruction and at first it looks frightening. But for us this wasn’t a problem since the apartment is ideal.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need; it's also very clean. I loved my stay there. The only downside is that you have to turn on the water heater and wait about 30 minutes to get hot water. You definitely need transportation while staying here, as nothing is close by. Be sure to buy groceries and water before your arrival. The host provides clear instructions on how to get there; since it's a new construction, don't follow Google Maps—use the directions provided by the host. I loved the area and the apartment! The apartment and the area is very beautiful, the apartment has two balconies one above the other with a spiral staircase, dining and coffee furniture and a great mountain view. Very private balconies, very beautiful green big gated area with swimming pools, gym, kids playgrounds, grill area, walking paths, completely new and very nice looking. The apartment had a dishwasher which was important for my long stay and it's new and very nice looking. My Mall and Ladie's Mile beach are very close. Christakis is a very nice, pleasant and helpful person, our communication was always very nice. I can highly recommend this apartment, I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Logement super, très joli, très propre, conforme à la description. Bien placé dans limassol. Seul bémol beaucoup de bruit essentiellement le soir dans l immeuble d en face(hôtel ??), qui font des soirées quasiment tous les soirs.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. Bellissimo soggiorno nella casa tradizionale di Tochni. George ci ha accolto e spiegato come funzionavano i vari ambienti. Sempre presente per chiedere se serviva qualcosa o dare consigli. Molto prezioso. Ambienti puliti, tranquilli e con tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno. Ottimo per una vacanza con la macchina. Tochni è a pochi minuti dall'autostrada e baricentrico rispetto a Larnaka, Limassol e Nicosia. Un posto bello e tranquillo con due ottimi ristoranti. Piccolo market in paese, ipermercato a 5 minuti di macchina

We loved our stay there. Panos and his parents are very friendly. They explained everything to us. The house has everything you need and it was more than clean. It is very comfortable and you can easily relax there for days. Small bakery and supermarket around the corner. We recommend the accomodation 1000000%

we stayed at Niko's place for almost a week, a family of 5. The location was great (from our prespective), the place itself was very tidy and clean, all the facilites were top notch. Nikos was very approachable, helpful when needed and made us feel at home.

My mom and I stayed here for 4 days and had a fantastic experience. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described—quiet, safe, and conveniently located in Mesa Geitonia, Limassol. Loukia was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The apartment served as the perfect base for our adventures across the island. We explored Limassol, Paphos, the Troodos Mountains, and even made it up to Northern Cyprus. Everything was within reach by car, and coming home to a clean, cozy place made the trip even better. Highly recommend this stay for anyone wanting to experience the best of Cyprus!

Spending eight nights in such a wonderful and cozy flat and having a lovely, hospitable and warm-hearted lady like Eleftheria gave me an unforgettable holiday that should be experienced by everyone! Especially clean, tidy and quiet home. I went alone so when Eleftheria was there, her company meant so much fun and we had nice chats too. The location is also great, it's about the middle of Limassol so you can get anywhere quickly and easily either by bus, walk or by car. Eleftheria's dog and cats lifted the mood even more! Highly recommended, you will all love it for sure!
