Very charming and authentic place. This apartment is for you if you want to feel like a Tbilisi-resident and not just a tourist. Be ware that the apartment is located in a lively neighbourhood, and there can be some noise during the evening/night. But it really all adds to the charm of the place, and nothing beats sitting on the balcony in the evening. Communication with Tsotne was great. Would recommend to anyone!

The house is just wonderful! So beautifully furnished with furniture, dishes, thought out to the smallest detail. We were very comfortable, like at home. We came to spend my birthday here and it was the best decision. Liza helped with ordering food from a local cafe and we were able to enjoy the holiday without unnecessary worries.
