Place was clean and nice. No issues with check in and the location was great.

We genuinely loved the place and appreciated how clean it was. My wife is a clean freak and it gave it her full approval. It was perfect size for our family of four and the decor, comforts, and setting made it so cozy we extended our stay a few days. It is a little longer drive to most tourist spots but we wanted the peace and quiet of being off the popular spots. Waking up to deer and turkeys everyday and having space to grill and play outside with almost no traffic was so worth it. Linda was helpful with everything we needed, including food recommendations. Truly enjoyed our visit and are already talking about going back next year.

I loved staying at Linda's cabin. It was easy to find and close to where I wanted to be in the Hills, but not in the city, so it was quiet. The cabin had everything I needed and I slept great every night. Linda gave me some great suggestions for things to do that I hadn't thought of and I used her suggestions and loved each drive and hike. I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stop and stay on our way to Yellowstone. We stayed here a couple nights. We were close to many of the places we wanted to go in Black Hills. It was a very neat and clean space. Bathrooms were also clean and comfortable!

The cabin was an idyllic stay near custer. Easy access to all the park has to offer and local restaurants. The cabin was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we could need and more. Marilyn was a fantastic host. We’ll definitely be coming again.

This was a quick get away for my spouse and I before he deploys. It was easy to find, quiet, comfy. Everything was exactly as described. We loved the hot tub and watching the turkeys as they wandered by.

The cabin was amazing. Had everything we needed and more . It's in a beautiful part of spearfish canyon. The view through the picture window in the dining area was spectacular. Stephen was an excellent host. If you are visiting South Dakota take a look at this cabin you won't regret it .

Glenda was very helpful and hospitable. I wish she would improve her check in process. We can some confusion as to when we could access the house and struggled to contact her. Other than that the trip went great.

Attesting to many of the great reviews: the place was very nice - so clean, as described, and felt so homey. It’s the little things that stood out - the nice toilet paper (haha), the plush towels, (many) warm blankets, and of course the nice accommodations. Place felt so clean - our 5 year old sat on the floor of the living room and played w some of toys that were available. Really wish we could’ve stayed longer - maybe perhaps one day if we are able to return!

Our stay was fantastic. Wonderful location outside of Rapid City. Perfect living spaces and a beautiful creek. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay with Ryan! The place was clean and organized and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved utilizing the fenced in yard for our dogs and the views weren’t bad either. The location was great and we could get to where we needed in a decent amount of time. Will definitely keep in mind to stay again!

Quiet and quaint, elegant and easy to access - close to lots of attractions in the area but felt very private. Fabulous view of stars from the hot tub. Fully equipped home-- inlcuding a lovely laundry, full kitchen, lockable garage. Easy to find in a great neighborhood. Rolling hills, gorgeous views. A few stairs so those who have trouble navigating stairs may have issues. We look forward to visiting again soon. Great location--felt like it was out in the country but it was really close to town and near tourist attractions like Mt. Rushmore. Deer and wild turkeys visited the back yard. Lots of room and beds were supremely comfortable. They also surprised us with a special treat-- cookies!

Susanne’s house is amazing. I am a clean freak and this surpassed my standards. The house is super cute and well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and the house is super cozy. I definitely would stay here again and would recommend this house to everyone. Susanne is very sweet, kind, and extremely responsive. The area is safe and you’ll get to see dear walking around the neighborhood. Don’t stay anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book Susanne’s home. Thank you for being the best host, Susanne.

Absolutely loved the stay and everything about it, my only con was that we “didn’t stay there long enough” was really only there to sleep as we were gone on full day trips, would have loved more lounging around time lol. Also as you see in the photos it’s a lot of steps up to get inside and there’s no alternate route 😆 keep that in mind when you have multiple kids and a gross amount of luggage to carry in! Didn’t phase us though l, maybe would be different for someone who struggles with stairs. The hosts went above and beyond for us. Traveled from Buffalo NY, and would love to come back someday.

We loved this home. It was clean and well stocked with supplies and kitchen needs. We especially appreciated the healthful touches like the filtered water and salt lamps. Beds were comfortable. Host Dace showed us around upon arrival and kept in touch.

Was exactly as advertised, clean, and plenty of space for a couple of people. Quiet area and only a 5 minute drive to town (Walmart) to get additional things. Within drivable distance to Badlands, Custer State Park, and Mt. Rushmore!

This was one of our best stays on Airbnb. You can clearly tell David takes care of the place and wants everyone staying to feel right at home! It's a cute little cabin next to a park and many walkable restaurants! David had great instructions for everything you would need! We are happy we picked this place and will definitely be back!

We stopped in Spearfish for 2 days on our 2-week vacation and it was very last minute. The request to book was quick and check-in was flawless. An extra blanket delivered without asking. We will DEFINITELY stay here when we come through next time!

Wayne’s place is charming and cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and old west Deadwood photos and feel. We enjoyed the at home feeling. We had a great experience! Can’t wait to go back

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Adam was very responsive before and during our stay. It was in a great location for so many things. We could walk a couple minutes to town for dinner and to shop which was nice! Custer State Park was a short drive to enter, Crazy Horse Memorial, Mt Rushmore, the scenic wildlife loop, Needles Highway, Iron Mtn Rd, Sylvan Lake are all close by. We found a couple trails within town that took us to an overlook of Custer and beyond. The cottage itself was very clean and comfortable…beds were great, kitchen very well stocked, and shower was wonderful. It was great to come back to and relax after our full days exploring. The fenced yard was a bonus for us as our dog was traveling with us. We fell in love with the area. We definitely recommend the cottage!

We absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for our family and gave us much more room to spread out. It rained most of our visit so it was nice to feel like we were at home while on vacation. Would highly recommend and would stay here in a heartbeat again! Thank you!

The was great to relax and just enjoy the area. It was quite and yet close to things to enjoy our stay. The place was very inviting and clean.

We had a wonderful stay at Clint’s home! The area is peaceful and has such a beautiful view. The house itself offers so much space and everything we needed. Clint is on site in a separate building. He was not at all intrusive, but was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here! It was a great, central location for a variety of day trips - Custer State Park, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse and on and on…

We had a wonderful weekend in the Hills and Daniel’s home was a perfect base for us. It was spacious and the photos were very accurate. His instructions made it simple to find the home and we appreciated it!
