Close to hospitals, boarding schools, TAFE, shops and the Botanic Gardens, the fully self-contained unit is a modern downstairs addition (with separate entrance), to a restored Queenslander. Lovely tropical garden with private access to leafy courtyard. Whether on holiday, business or visiting relatives, you'll be looked after by long term residents with lots of community knowledge and connections. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Walk away your worries on a great long, flat beach. 10 km each way from the towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park. 7 min drive to Rosslyn Bay Marina for fresh seafood from the fisherman's Market or something to eat at the Waterline and Beaches Restaurants. I would recommend this house to all. Felt very comfortable and clean in this house. Jade was great host. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I have been in. We were also able to help ourselves to lots of nice snacks, which is always a win.

Great location, host was friendly and helpful, had two great guard dogs that were very welcoming as well. I will miss the ducks. I had a fantastic stay and would do it again.

We left wishing we could stay another night. This is a great property. Peaceful, private, get away. Katie had everything you could possibly need covered. The tiny house was well thought out, comfortable, great supply of kitchen wear. The bed was so comfortable and warm. We had a great stay and extra special to be able to take our dog with us.

The kitchen features modern white cabinetry and sleek stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and dishwasher. A gray stone backsplash adds texture, while ample counter space offers convenience for meal preparation.

What an awesome find! This townhouse was perfect for our visit to Rockhampton. A lovely, safe, homely and comfortable place with everything you could think of for a stay.
