Located near the end of a quiet dead end road in Welches, Oregon. Short path to Sandy River. Easy access to HWY 26 and only 15 minutes to Government Camp or Sandy Ridge mountain biking. This one bedroom condo has modern touches and an open floor plan. The unit has been completely updated and is perfect for any getaway to Mt Hood. The Living room has a nice sofa with chase, WiiU and a large OLED 4k TV. There are plenty of hooks and a boot dryer for all your wet gear. The bedroom has a dedicated work area, King bed, and plenty of space for all your clothes. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal and has seating for 6. The Fridge is Epic.

Where comfort meets adventure. We are located blocks away from the local grocery, liquor store, restaurants and shopping. Three Nines Golf Course is around the corner. Arrah Wanna Trailhead is close and provides hiking and snowshoe trails that take guests into the Mt. Hood National Forest. When winter comes around, guests will have their pick of slopes at Mt. Hood Skibowl (just over 12 miles east), Timberline Lodge (20 miles east), and Mt. Hood Meadows (25 miles east).
