overall in accordance with what was advertised. the place is clean and nice. I suggest that the room should be air-conditioned because in the afternoon it turns out to be quite hot inside even though the air outside is cold. and the kitchen needs to be given an exhaust so that the smell of food does not spread throughout the house. but overall it's really good.
