Flooded with natural light and decorated with shabby-chic beach theme. Relax in the open plan living area, covered outdoor alfresco area, or rear wooden deck with large Hampton style deck chairs. The main open plan living area has futon couch and flat screen TV or retreat to the sleep-out/ third bedroom which has additional TV and couch.

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

Sun Filled Beach Guest House, Mudjimba

Our private Guest House is just a short stroll from beautiful Mudjimba beach offering you a relaxing romantic getaway or a creative space to work. One bedroom with Queen bed, desk, crisp linen, comfortable lounge, TV, dining area and window seat. A full kitchen includes a coffee maker, although we highly recommend the local cafes and restaurants which are an easy walk away. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . The three bedrooms have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wifi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Five mins drive to Coolum Beach, Restaurants, or a take bus trip to Australia Zoo. Close to public transport & only short drive to Noosa, Maroochydore, or the hinterland.

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence where we live, it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
