In August 2023, they opened an "art hotel where you can stay" based on the concept of "urban secret base". The total area is 93 m². The entire 3-story building has been renovated. * The hotel part is on the 2nd and 3rd floor & rooftop The second floor is a living space and the third floor is a separate bedroom, so it can be used by couples, families, and groups. The interior takes advantage of the texture of the concrete and is an open space with the ceiling removed. The stylish design, unimaginable from the old appearance, will stimulate your senses. Also equipped with an island kitchen using a huge single board. It is also ideal as a small event venue. The open rooftop space is particularly noteworthy. The kitchen is spacious and you can enjoy cooking. It takes about 5 minutes on foot to get to the market where you can find fresh ingredients such as grocery stores, fish shops, and butchers. This is a whole house for a group. There are six rooms: one big room and 5 small rooms. It is near a JR station, JR Hyogo and it takes 15 minutes to Sannomiya, Kobe downtown by a train. You can go to any other famous places or cities within 10-90 minutes by a train. Some fancy restaurants are near the house. The neighbor is quiet so you guys can spend calm time, but you guys need to be quiet too.
