The home is full of beautifully handcrafted finishes and complete with large windows that fill the space with natural light. Situated only 10mins from Magnolia & Baylor University, this home just built in 2018 is conveniently located to everything in Waco without the traffic & noise of the city. There are two other homes on the 7 ac property and therefore we DO NOT allow any parties or events of ANY KIND.

The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

We took about 6 months off from hosting, but are happy to be offering our place again. Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all.
