Quiet apartment, 45 m², in a completely renovated house, built in 1850, in the middle of the historic old town of Ladenburg. Cozy and furnished to feel good. Restaurants and cafes are right outside the front door. The Neckar and the train station are within walking distance. Heidelberg and Mannheim can easily be reached in about 15 minutes by train. Bikes can be stored in the courtyard, where you can also sit nicely in the summer. For loading and unloading, the car can be parked right in front of the house.

The property is located at the town exit, directly on the Nibelungensteig. Lindenfels is a small, idyllic town where you can walk to everything. There is a supermarket, a bakery, a local history and kite museum, many beautiful hiking and biking trails, as well as our unique castle ruins with various events. We bought the farm 11 years ago and have been building, gardening and living here very happily ever since, despite all the tasks that still await. Meanwhile, our daughter Nele's family also lives on the farm. Nele is also always approachable. You can find us on the outskirts of Wald-Erlenbach.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
