However due to proximity it is NOT suitable for parties or noisy gatherings. Partially air conditioned. 2 separate entrances, full kitchen, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, 2 lounge areas including rumpus room (with books and games) in which to relax. Situated on 5 acres, on a hill overlooking the valley. Strictly NO smoking and NO pets permitted on property.

The cottage is a cute 2 bedroom stand alone house situated on the high side of moss vale towards Robertson. It has views right across the mountains and looks over the agricultural grounds so you feel like your in the country but only 2 mins from town. You can drive up to the house in your own private driveway. We can arrange for a spare single mattress if you have a family of 5. It has a gas hot water and a full kitchen if you need it. It’s also fully fenced so you can bring your dog.

'The Pines' is a lovely quiet property , surrounded by trees and a paddock. It's almost like being on a farm, but only ten minutes walk to the centre of town. The house is light and airy, with a relaxed country feel, a French-type patio to enjoy long summer lunches, and a log fire in winter to sip a glass of wine in front of. We have a big, unfenced garden for children to enjoy. Our bird bath always attracts many colourful residents, as well as some visiting bunnies sometimes!
