The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Romantic, traditional rustico overlooking the mountain range of the Ghiridone. The house is located in Costa above Intragna, accessible by car. Cable car closed until about 2026. Open fireplace in the old style, combined kitchen and living room and sleeping in the same room, balcony with top views and terrace which invites you to sunbathe. Shower/toilet in the basement, accessible via external stairs. Hot water with electric boiler.

The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
