Luxury boutiques 600 metres to gorgeous strip shopping plus a lovely walk to Mosman Zoo, famous Orpheum Cinema and Balmoral Beach and its restaurants Bus at front door. Balmoral beach 10 minutes away. The gateway to the northern beaches. Perfect location.
