Das Gartenhaus ist ein ideales Haus für Familien mit Kindern, die sicher Treppen gehen können. Unser Anwesen liegt am Rande des Dorfes in schöner Lage. Es gibt viel zu erkunden in unserer nächsten Umgebung: Seen, Felsen, Burgen Museen, viel Historisches wie Maginotlinie und Festung Bitche. Die Vorzüge unseres Standortes: Großartige Natur in der Umgebung, unser großes Grundstück mit viel Platz zum Ausruhen, Schaukeln, Spielen, Grillen, Sitzen, Liegen. Seit Oktober haben wir eine Wärmepumpe.

Logement de 18 m2 comprend une douche un wc , un lit 2 places, un mange debout,deux tabourets,une kitchenette ( plaque électrique et frigo ). Contient également tous le matériels et rangement nécessaire à votre séjour ( four, micro-onde, cafetière et tassimo, bouilloire, grille pain,vaisselles..) chauffage électrique en hiver. Mise à disposition d'un jardinet avec terrasse extérieur entrée indépendante par le derrière de la maison. Parking situé a 10 m au dessus du jardinet.

Parking is available in front. Located close to all amenities (5 min from Boulay, 25 min from Metz). We are also 10 minutes from the A4 highway entrance/exit (Boulay exit). We would be happy to host you for a short or long stay.

Venez près de Saverne passer un moment agréable dans un 2 pièces cosy où vous vous sentirez comme chez vous :) Vous y trouverez un accueil chaleureux et tout le confort nécessaire avec 1 chambre , 1 salon avec cuisine ouverte et 1 salle de bain. Vous pourrez profiter du jardin avec jeux pour enfants. Nous ne sommes pas très loin du Royal Palace de Kirrwiller.

Bus stop 50 m away, pizza vending machine 100 m away, shops, bakery and McDonald's 5 min walk. 200 m from the Moselle and the ponds of Chaligny for beautiful walks.
