If it gets a little cold, you can always light the Mexican stove. There are 2 bedrooms. In the bathroom, there is a large bathtub for enthusiasts, and there is also a shower. Parties and events are not allowed in this house.

The house was stylishly decorated with all kinds of special objects and works of art. The ceilings are high, and many original style elements have been preserved from the interwar period (1928) in which the house was built.
