This centrally located accommodation is nice and cozy. The southwest facing sun terrace is a nice asset. Here you can enjoy the last sun. If it gets a little cold, you can always light the Mexican stove. There are 2 bedrooms. In the bathroom, there is a large bathtub for enthusiasts, and there is also a shower. Parties and events are not allowed in this house.

Charming interwar home

The house was stylishly decorated with all kinds of special objects and works of art. The ceilings are high, and many original style elements have been preserved from the interwar period (1928) in which the house was built. The very spacious living room overlooks a cozy city garden (SE oriented). All utilities and comforts are amply provided.
