Situated right in the centre of the Milton township and easy walking of restaurants and shopping .Great beaches and walks to discover are only a 10 min drive .Please note that the walkway is a little uneven and could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Clyde River Retreat (Didthul)

Nestled along the upper reaches of the Clyde River (the cleanest and most pristine waterway in Eastern Australia) lies the Clyde River Retreat – a haven of beauty, peace and tranquility. The perfect place to stay if you want to visit Pigeon House, The Castle or any of the other spectacular locations in Morton National Park or Budawang National Park. If you do not have a 4WD, ask us about current road conditions before booking. You may not need one, but we cannot guarantee access without one.

Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day.
