This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. We had a fantastic stay at Colin’s beach house! The space was spotless, beautifully furnished, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a great deck and lovely ocean views from both inside and out. The washer and dryer were super convenient after a few days of camping, and we really appreciated that the home is dog-friendly. It's also a short, easy walk to town and local restaurants. We’d absolutely stay here again—thank you, Colin, for being such a great host!

What a treat to stay with Mark! Great property in a fantastic location. Moreso peaceful and private than walkable, but only a short drive or bike ride to anything needed. Very clean and nice space with everything we needed. Getting into the property had us paused slightly as there weren’t specific instructions, but it was easy to figure out. Mark was very responsive and friendly. We feel lucky to have found some availability for this property.

Staying at Tiana's cottage was hands down one of the best Air Bnb experiences I've ever had. The home was in a perfect location, and thanks to Tiana's clear and friendly communication, it was also really easy to find and get in. No detail was overlooked and the space was spotless and charming. We instantly felt right at home and didn't want our stay to come to an end. There is so much to do within a few minutes' drive. Lots of good dining, shopping and hiking. For vintage shoppers, definitely check out Divers on Morro Bay Blvd. They had so much good stuff. Breakfast at High Tide (a short walk or drive from Tiana's cottage) was really good, healthy and made by super friendly people. We loved our stay in Morro Bay and I can't wait to return (and stay at Tiana's place again).
