Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Casa Sahaja - in the heart of Lajares

Our guesthouse is located in Lajares, a vibrant village surrounded by volcanoes and perfectly situated for easy access to the best wind, kite, and surf spots, as well as stunning beaches and hiking trails, all just a short drive away. Right in the center of the village, you’ll be within walking distance of cozy cafés, artisan bakeries, local shops, and the lively Saturday market. The space is ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a laid-back and welcoming atmosphere.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The fantastic completely newly renovated Casa Alfonso is located directly on the golden sandy beach of Costa Calma in the private and very well maintained complex Palmeras Playa. Two people can spend their unforgettable holiday here on two floors. For your safety, 2 networked smoke and carbon monoxide sensors have been installed. A large selection of restaurants & cafes, two supermarkets, bakers and other shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

Calma Beach House - Panoramic Ocean View

The apartment is on the top floor in a very quiet residential area. It is newly renovated and fully equipped, it is very spacious with 50 m2, the kitchen and dining room are located facing the sea. The balcony is covered and glazed towards the north side as a windbreak. The best part is the fantastic panoramic ocean view! A private and independent garden on the ground floor is also included: That's what a perfect vacation is like! All this less than 50 meters from the beach!

Casa Perenquén

Casa Perinquén is a charming apartment, located in the southern part of the island, so we enjoy the best climate. Its location is ideal, it is a 6-minute walk to the beach, the pedestrian promenade and the restaurant area. We are about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is a renovated apartment, inside an old building, thus providing character and a good location. It is ideal for relaxing, doing nothing, or using it as a base to explore this beautiful island.

Finca Palmeras in La Pared (Palm Trees Farm)

Beautiful authentic finca in the quiet village of La Pared. This villa is the perfect place to stay for those who want to spend their vacation in a quiet and authentic way. The finca offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The spacious and sheltered terrace invites you to relax, read a book or simply enjoy the sun. La Pared is located just a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we absolutely recommend a rental car.

The pond house

Disconnect in this unique accommodation and relax to the sound of the Water. The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. The patio is shared with me and , three charming and affectionate cats. Also Kira, Labrador mix will welcome you.

The bungalow is 98 m² and has just been extensively and very high-quality renovated. It has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, a large living-dining room, a kitchen and is very tastefully furnished. A large, secluded indoor terrace with a large Jacuzzi, loungers and a seating lounge area invite you to linger. In the living room and bedroom you will find a flat-screen TV with German/international TV and radio programs.
