The Studio

Le Studio is a small house-type apartment (bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen) with a private garden, installed in a residence from the beginning of the 20th century in the residential neighborhood of Laranjeiras. From the garden, there is a beautiful view of Pão de Açúcar and Corcovado. Le Studio was completely renovated and made available for lodging as of December 2019. The owners of the house, a French-Brazilian couple, are available to provide information about the city, its history, culture and gastronomy.

In the bucolic neighborhood of Sta. Teresa, on a very wooded plot of 1000m² on two levels, on the lower level are 2 totally independent units that share a garden and pool: This Studio and the Ap (another ad). With a view of Christ the Redeemer (Corcovado), the mountain and the Sambadrome (Carnival parades, we are in front of the old church and next to a family square with bistros. In a colonial mansion with independent access, the owners live on the upper plateau, always available for help.

Quer praia, agito e gente? Pegue seu carro e dirija por alguns minutos. O ideal é ter carro para acessar a propriedade. Posso indicar motoristas.

It is a 5-minute walk to the bustle of General Glicério (it is a slope, consider if you have mobility problems) with its cafes, bistros, pizzerias; 7 minutes to Rua das Laranjeiras, with transportation to the entire city. On Saturdays, the famous Fair of General Glicério, with handicraft stands and Wheel of Chorinho.

You'll have a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, sunny living room with deck and spa, private bedroom with soundproof windows, a queen-sized bed, fiber broadband, WIFI, and suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. Relax in this quiet and stylish home with stunning views of Sugarloaf and Rio Bay. Nestled on the hill of Santa Teresa and just above the Laranjeiras neighborhood, our house will allow you to rest completely, with family or friends, in the middle of a Carioca postcard. If some want to work, a space is dedicated to them. But here too, the view is fantastic. A caretaker and a domestic worker work daily at the house.

Cosy house by Corcovado, next to Lagoa, Botanical Garden and also Copacabana, Ipanema and Downtown. You will enjoy the charming decoration of my house at a quiet place in the center of South Zone. The place is the penthouse (inside my house) and the space has no walls, it is a loft. See the pictures in order to understand. The view is amazing, to the corcovado's Mountain.
