Beautiful place, nicely decorated apartment, exactly like in the pictures. Super nice condominium with beach structure and a great pool for all ages. Jonatas was one of the best Airbnb hosts I've ever had, always available and friendly. The place is wonderful… a beautiful view of the beach that is almost always deserted. I highly recommend it.

Excellent experience, spotless home. It is suggested to exchange Air conditioning for more modern and economical models, because in the end the energy bill is expensive. But I would come back and recommend it . Nothing but the suggestions pointed out. Zero regret of the house. Super recommended

Very nice house, just like the photos, the wonderful housekeeper, gives a lot of assistance. Near the beach park and 18 minutes to the iguatemi mall. We really like it and will be coming back!

The house is very cozy, with plenty of space, everything very clean and has a beautiful view of the sea… Francisco and his wife are the most welcoming homemakers I have ever met, they seemed like the family, they helped me a lot with everything. I'll definitely come back again! Guilherme the host, always answered me very quickly, when I closed the reservation, he called me to see if I had any questions!

Kamilla was super helpful, the apartment is impeccable and we can enjoy all the areas of the resort, in addition to the convenience of entering Beach Park, which is just across the street and we can enter 1 hour before. I highly recommend it to everyone and I'll be back more often!!

Ilo is a great host, he gave us all the instructions for a great stay and was very helpful and flexible. The stay was very quiet and comfortable, we rested very well on an amazing family weekend. The house is great, as is the condominium. I highly recommend it!

We were 3 couples, each with a child, the convenience was simply perfect, everything in the apartment in perfect condition, all spaces such as barbecue, Jacuzzi, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms perfectly met our needs, the sea view simply perfect, great place to bathe and have fun with the children, the leisure area of the condominium is very good, the pools are heated and the place is a delight. Another thing that caught my attention was the security of the condominium, they are always attentive to who arrives and who leaves, everything is very safe, all employees are very helpful and polite, I could not fail to congratulate our host Dante who left nothing to be desired, always very attentive and made us very comfortable, we felt at home during these days. Just to finish, the condominium is on the seafront with access to the beach, the place is perfect for swimming in the sea and walking at the end of the day, so for the next guests enjoy your stay!🙏🏻🌊?

The place perfectly accommodated the 8 people in our group. It is spacious, very clean, well organized and has everything you need to feel at home, exactly as advertised. Hostess Elisa and her father were extremely attentive, always available to help us with whatever was needed. Welcome gifts, such as cold water and soap, were a special and very welcome touch after the trip.

The stay was perfect! The apartment is spacious, comfortable, functional, well located, furnished and decorated with very good taste. The building staff are very polite and attentive. The neighborhood is very charming, mixing traditional buildings with others of modern architecture, with great green spaces for walking.

A beautiful, equipped and comfortable home The apartment is well designed, super equipped with everything we need from the kitchen to the bedrooms, including pool towels. Towels are plush and soft as in good hotels. The view of the sea is a delight to enjoy from the balcony or the bedroom when you wake up. Even sleeping is a very delicate moment because the bed linens are soft and the pillows are comfortable, brand new. The apartment comfortably accommodates the 10 people advertised. The condominium has a playground, courts and swimming pools for children and adults with a swim-up bar that you only leave after your fingers get pruny. When we arrived, I was very surprised by a beautifully set table and a gift and card handwritten by Laryssa. An affection that makes us feel at home. In fact, we always feel like we are in someone's home who cares and wants to offer the best so that we feel at home. More than once we agreed to come back, hopefully very soon. Thank you Laryssa, we love it!

Very good house, well located and comfortable. Great cost-benefit as it has seven dormitories. Excellent option to have fun with family and friends. The view is the most beautiful in the region. I highly recommend it. You have the entire structure of a beach house close to Fortaleza, without having to waste a lot of time on commuting. We managed to walk to a supermarket, pharmacies, restaurants, even to the beach and Beach Park. Administrator Raimundo is very helpful and the great host. We'll be back for sure.

We had an amazing experience in this house! We had a mini 15th birthday celebration for a very special girl, and everything was perfect. The house is wonderful, very well equipped, had everything we needed and more — it exceeded all expectations! Everyone had fun and enjoyed every moment. The hostess, Cidelma, was extremely attentive, answered all our questions quickly and did everything to help us. The caretaker, Mr. Gilmar, was also very helpful and gave us all the necessary support during the stay. We only have to thank you! We would definitely go back and recommend with our eyes closed!
