Staying at this lake cottage has been excellent! It's very convenient for highway access and nestled back in the Northwest section of the lake for a really nice quiet / private experience. The owner has done significant outdoor renovations this past winter to rebuild the lounge area, walkways and retaining walls near the boathouse. These look fantastic! Would highly recommend this location to any looking for a relaxing retreat away from the crowded rentals in the area.

This is a spectacular property and the photos do not entirely do it justice. The interior is cozy and welcoming while also feeling very open and spacious. The flooring, bedding, and furniture were clean and pleasant. The home renovation was done thoughtfully and with careful attention to aesthetic and functional detail for comfort and joy in every aspect of the guest experience. The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained and fun to explore. The fence effectively and safely allowed our dog do roam free, which added to the convenience and relaxation of the weekend. We eagerly look forward to returning!

We had a lovely stay at this house! The view was beautiful and it was surround by great restaurants. We wished we were able to come during a warmer month to enjoy the outdoor section and the lake. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family (five adults) stayed here over the July 4th weekend. We had a fabulous visit and would definitely stay here again. House was better than description. Raphael was excellent communicator and flexible. If you can’t do steps, then you should find another house. There were multiple deck areas on several levels, so there is a lot of outdoor space. There were two grills. Brand-new dock. Plenty of seating on every level. Thrilled that host had arranged for temporary air conditioners during hot weekend (that was a great welcome surprise). My Family and I spend Christmas day at Ayo home. It was nice, clean and spacious. Nice quiet area. Ayo was easy to reach and helpful. I would stay at his home again

Lauralyn's home is nothing short of a miracle in the Airbnb space. It's even better than the descriptions and pictures. My wife and I threw a baby shower, with Lauralyn's permission, and the home was warm, spacious, and accomodating. I'd recommend it for anyone trying to stay near Summit or who just wants a big home to gather with their friends and family.

This was a Super Great Experience. We stayed for almost a year. Host was very responsive, friendly, and communicative. The place is awesome for those looking for a long term stay or short stay as well. Very safe and quiet environment with great neighbors. We recommend the place with not only 5 stars but 10 stars.

Beautiful place with lots of different types of spaces to hang out in! Great set-up that it allowed individual privacy while still having larger group areas. Very minor inconvenience but the wifi didn't reach to the bottom floor. Kitchen had all the basic necessities and was great for group cooking and meals.

This was my first experience with an Air bnb. Heline was patient and kind getting back to me with all of my questions, so quickly. The house was clean and welcoming to our family. The restaurants were within walking distance. The house was big enough for all of us. Our grandchildren were amazed by all the m&m decor throughout the house. It was too cold to use the pool, but Heline had towels in the closet for pool use and extra towels and linens if needed. The kitchen had everything we needed, even though we didn’t use it much. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Heline. We would love to come back for our next Jersey reunion.

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Great house for a group in the area for a wedding. All the bedrooms were a good size and the downstairs area was newly redone and almost like a separate apartment. The pool was not open since it was too early in the season, but looked like a nice place to hang out in the summer months. Kitchen, dining/living area, and deck were well furnished and the fireplace worked well and was a nice touch on a rainy day. The yard leads down to a small lake where you can kayak or use the 2-person paddle boat. All in all, we had a great stay.

The water pressure was very light, and the oven doesn’t tell you the temperature when you turn it on. Other than that it was a perfect stay for our little family while visiting our relatives.

Marc made all aspects of our stay easy. He was very responsive when we woke up after our first night to six inches of snow on the ground. He had the driveway plowed before we wanted to leave. House is located on a very nice piece of property nestled in the woods. The driveway leading to the house is a bit steep, however we had no trouble navigating to the house. Marc really wanted us to have a pleasant stay and we thank him for that!

Truly an oasis, the pictures do not do it justice, a perfect property and layout for our group. Our teens were on the lower level walk out and we were on the upper level with our little ones. Ambers kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group, and we made great use of the front porch, dock, floating lily pad, and mini kayaks available for use. The property is beautiful with its peak jutting out into the lake and the natural rocky boulders up against the waterline. It really felt like we had left the city for the weekend and wandered into a peaceful oasis of nature. Thank you to Amber, such a wonderful host!

I have stayed at Joe’s Airbnb many times and I would highly recommend it for anyone planning to stay in the Westfield area. The apartment is spacious, clean, centrally located with private parking and the host is a very nice man and easy to communicate with.

Kate’s place was the perfect house for us to take a 2 week trip over the holidays. The house was stocked with everything we needed & more. Kate was kind & communicative and very helpful with our check-in process and stay. Would highly recommend!

I recently vacationed at Cozy cottage in Lake Hopatcong. The hosts John and David, were welcoming, cordial, and accommodating. Quick to respond to my questions or concern. They went above and beyond to make me feel at home with thoughtful amenities and a complimentary bottle of wine, nice touch. Cozy cottage clean and stylish with a well equipped kitchen. The setting is tranquil and scenic with multilayered sitting areas (dock, deck, fire pit) to view the lake. In the evening relaxing by the gas fire pit in the upper sitting area was peaceful and relaxing. Cozy cottage was a great getaway. Can’t wait to return.

I have stayed at many air bnb's in NJ, especially this area since I have family here. I am so happy that I have found one that I plan to return to again and again. Everything was excellent and exactly as expected.
