It has a large terrace overlooking the old town, an elevator, heating and air conditioning, an equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, both with a double bed and an additional single bed in one of them. Single sofa bed in the living room, crib and high chair for babies. The town has a golf course, hiking trails, biking trails, etc.

The TRAIN/AVE/BUS station is very close. If you use this transport, it will be very convenient to travel with your luggage upon arrival and departure. If you come by car you can park for free 24 hours in the Augusta-Norauto shopping center, 15 minutes walk (there are other options). You will be 1/2 hour from downtown on foot, by bus or by train 12'. Opposite Castillo Palomar Park and close to the Ebro Riverbank Linear Park. The apartment, like the furniture, was renovated in 2018.
