It is located next to the Guaymincay River, which allows you to fully enjoy nature and tranquility just two kilometers from Gualaceo's central park. The house has four bedrooms, a living room, dining room, kitchen, living room, outdoor corridors and two full bathrooms. Next to the house we have a large barbecue area with a dining room (for gatherings). Soccer fields, volleyball and space for a bonfire on the shore.

Casa de campo "Las Vasijas" is located in a very quiet valley in San Miguel de Porotos. This house was restored from its original state in 2016. It was mainly constructed of mud and has about two acres of green space that you can have access. Great for families, writers, camping groups, schools, etc. We have beautiful views of Cuenca city. 15 minutes drive to Azogues and 40 minutes to Cuenca in a paved Road. My grandma passed July 28th and she was almost 97.
