My guests' stay went very well, they didn't have to complain about anything. Julio was very welcoming when we arrived, he explained very well what to touch or not and she was very available throughout the stay. My guests had a great time in the accommodation. And they intend to book this house again on their next trip to Guadeloupe. 😊

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful villa. The amenities are very good. 👍 It was very quiet and relaxed; with great views and a wonderful garden. Fanny was super friendly and took care of you if you needed anything.

Hello we were 8 people, 4 couples and we really enjoyed the villa... Sylvie had advised us of the reduced water flow in a shower so we managed... very much appreciated the hospitality as well as the fruit basket... very good for families with children...

Our stay in this villa was outstanding! The house is a haven of peace, decorated with exquisite taste, combining modernity and warmth. The spaces are spacious, bright and designed for comfort: welcoming living room, friendly dining room, super equipped kitchen. The outside is a dream: perfect terrace at all hours, beautiful pool surrounded by greenery. A real plus: proximity to amenities and the marina, making it easy to explore the area. Special mention for impeccable cleanliness and neat maintenance. Nanou and Martine are exceptional hosts: fluid communication, responsiveness and warm welcome. Ideal for couple + family (6 people in all). An unforgettable and highly recommended experience!

We had a great time with the family. The setting is great!!! In this mango season, we were able to fully enjoy them. There was enough space for everyone. (8 people) Villa perfectly matched the photos and was well maintained. The concierge was always available to help us, which we greatly appreciated. A great experience!

Thanks to Malou and Maximin for hosting us and for their availability at all times. The house is large and very comfortable with also a very popular outdoor jacuzzi pool.

Victoria’s house is a priceless, older, custom designed Caribbean beach house with private beach. Her personal decor perfectly offsets what the house is about. Just a fantastic setup. The house has a lovely familial charm, throughout. There were moments when it felt as though I were back in St. Tropez than in Guadeloupe. It could not be more idyllic. Her host was beyond polite. Everything was thoroughly covered, including close recommendations.

The villa is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view is amazing . It is super well decorated, very spacious and super clean. He even had a gardener and a person who took care of the pool when we were on the premises. We loved being able to walk to the beach. Our arrival went great, they offered us the villa as soon as it was ready which we greatly appreciated. If we return to Guadeloupe we will certainly rent this villa again.

Perfect house for a group of 12 people. We were 3 families and it was super nice. The sea view from the terrace is just beautiful.

We were 7 people at the villa for 10 days. I confirm that the photos are exactly as in reality and it's beautiful. The infinite pool with the view is just wow. And the bedrooms are really good with each their bathroom. The little hitch we had was the hot water for the shower, it wasn't everyone who had it. On the beach side, we have no problem with the caretakers. They were very courteous as long as we had the bracelets and access card. Grocery is about 10 minutes max. The city did not often pass for recycling, we had to wear them in municipal bacc because it was overflowing but it is not the fault of the owners. And on the communication side with Marielle, it was perfect, always very quick to respond. So in summary, we give a 10/10 to the villa and we highly recommend it. A wonderful vacation!

We (2 couples) stayed here in early February 2025 and had a great visit. The villa is outfitted with high-end furnishings and appliances. The beds are extremely comfortable. The pool is only heated by the sun but the temperature was just right. The subdivision entrance is gated so we felt very safe. The property manager, Carmelina, was very responsive and professional, which made a big difference in our stay. We enjoyed the location; we loved being beachfront and we walked to restaurants every day but one. I would definitely recommend this villa to those who appreciate high-end accommodations.

Absolutely beautiful and comfortable villa! Our group of 6 rented a car that made it easy to experience beaches, restaurants and excursions around the island. Orient Bay was our favorite where we rented beach chairs at beach clubs that Alex and Severine suggested. Highly recommend this peaceful and private villa!

A beautiful week spent in this wonderful residence. Everything was perfect and beyond the photos. Just a big wow I recommend this property well furnished and with a breathtaking view. Very safe as a private neighborhood. A huge thank you to Audrey who was very welcoming with a beautiful bowl of fruit upon arrival and a small cocktail.

Modern house and easily accessible by major highways despite its location a little in the woods (Gosier/Abymes). The house offers large living spaces especially outdoors. Small point of improvement: a third bedroom or an additional sleeping area in addition to the two bedrooms would be ideal because there is plenty of room for.

Where do you start?! This beautiful villa perched on top of a mountain gives you a breathtaking view with perfect privacy. You will feel connected with nature very quickly. The home was very clean and well maintained. The year of construction must be new. The infinity pool is a big must. The 3 sliding doors that open to give you a view of the sea and the mountains makes you feel like you're outside at all times. The view from the bedrooms with sliding door is also beautiful including one on the pool and the other on the outdoor dining area. The relaxing area outside gives you beautiful coffee moments in the morning. The villa is very well located, close to everything, in the Saint-François neighborhood and even 15 minutes from Sainte-Anne. The host is very responsive and super friendly. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Seriously, I don't have any negative points. Do not wait if it is available BOOKEZ:)

We had a lovely stay at Sylviane's. Kevin (one of our hosts) was impeccable! He was always available for questions and recommendations. The hosts were very flexible because we were traveling with a 9-month-old baby and staying on schedule is not always easy. We felt very welcome. Very nice environment which at this height reduced mosquitoes - a bonus in a country like Guadeloupe

We fell in love with this charming place where we had a wonderful stay, our 2-year-old was delighted to run in the huge garden, swim in the pool in the morning, or visit the many beaches within a short drive. The perfect spot for a little break away from the city... Highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Virginia's place. The house is beautiful, quiet but close to all amenities, restaurants and beaches. The perfect house for a stay in Guadeloupe, I highly recommend we will come back! Love it!
