Relaxing Country Getaway- come hike or just R&R

This is an eclectic space that was a former art studio. The artist who lives just next door, keeps a private working studio in the loft. Although it is inaccessible to our guests, you will see her art on the walls and her creative side in the large lady shown in the pictures. Firepit and wood available. 5 hiking trails on 300 acres! Nov7-Dec 7th we will have hunters and trails may not be available Important: please read the house rules before booking with pets. We do also have a pet fee.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay! Located on 60 acres of private property with access to hiking trails throughout the property surrounded by 7,632 acres of Wayne National Forest Wildlife area which includes Wildcat Hollow Hiking Trail that borders Burr Oak Lake State Park. Also close to Wolf Creek Wildlife Area, Tecumseh Trails Offroad and Baileys Trail System MTB. AWD/4WD vehicles highly recommended. Necessary in the winter. Our cabin is not suitable for infants/children. *No pets.

Route 60 Getaway is at 5226 N St Rt 60 NW, McConnelsville. Located along State Route 60, 2 miles north of McConnelsville. It is located above our families landscaping business. It is not in a secluded area (due to businesses nearby) however, you will not be disturbed!! You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! There is currently a guest in the apartment below the house. However you will not be disturbed and their are no shared spaces outside!

Originally a Lodge for a Boy Scout Camp in the 1930s, the Cottage is a wonderful destination for guests looking for a quiet country retreat. Located in Morgan Co., near Stockport, there is direct access to the Muskingum River via a short walking trail. Fishing (license required) is permitted across from Lock #5. There are over 2 miles of maintained hiking trails on the property. AEP's ReCreation Lands are nearby.

This cozy cabin is close to many attractions such as , Wolf Creek, Muskingum River, AEP Recreation lands, Ohio Valley Opry, bike trails and fishing . Take a scenic drive on route 78 also known as Rim Of The World. If you want to take a nature hike there are many trails in the area including the Buckeye Trail.
