Close to forest, birdsong and water. Private bathroom & toilet, kitchen and living room. It is possible to rent bicycles, grill outdoors and enjoy the food on the terrace. The balcony and bedroom overlook the Øresund and the forest. Steep staircase to the first floor where the bedroom is located as well as desk and closet/dresser. The stairs are not suitable for small children. Beach, forest, harbor, shopping, restaurants, bus and station within walking distance. There are 2 Labrador dogs in the main house that don't come into the house but may be in the garden.

Hop på toget direkte til København, tag på Espergærde Strand, besøg Louisiana eller Kronborg i Helsingør: mulighederne er mange. Glem ikke et besøg i Espergærde Havn: smuk udsigt og hyggelige restauranter. Vær opmærksom på at der i huset bor en dejlig kat, Pus, på 10 år. Hun går selv ind og ud af kattelemmen.

Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster
