It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

This was a marvelous, magical place to stay. It was away from the hustle and bustle and was very peaceful. The place was so nice that we almost didn’t feel like leaving it to look around lake como. As the house is on the edge of the lake we often liked to sit outside read a book accompanied by the lapping of the waves. The decor of the flat was tasteful and unique and the whole feel was luxurious. recorecommend this place more

Sheila is absolutely amazing she is very welcoming and friendly and she will do everything she can to make your stay pleasant. The apartment is very cool and modern style with full front windows of como’s lake sitting in the living room is just a pleasure. Sheila give us a recommendations to real gems amazing restaurants and cafes with a breathtaking view which even made our stay more memorable. House is as, if not more, beautiful than the photos portray. It’s fantastically spacious and has all the amenities you could need for a few days or a few weeks. What made this place particularly special was how great the “Rent All Como” team was. They met us and helped with bags on arrival and met us to say good bye. One of the things I tend to miss with Airbnb vs a hotel is the concierge’s assistance with transport and restaurant bookings. The Rent All Como team however is as good or better than most 5* hotel concierge teams. Nothing is too much trouble and they are super responsive.

Alberto was a wonderful host. It was our first time in Comi. Our stay at the apartment was right in the center of Como; everything is walkable. We felt right at home. There is a 24 hour market up the street. Alberto provided recommendations for dinner, boat tours etc. He was very responsive and kind to provide more toilet paper when we asked (we did buy some as well). Grazie Alberto! We loved our stay. 😌🩷

The property was as described. Quiet and well maintained house. Guidon and Antonella greeted us on arrival and provided helpful suggestions on getting around. Easy to get to Cernobbio and take the ferry to Como. Public transport into Switzerland was convenient. The house was well stocked with supplies and the hosts provided extra treats. Highly recommend.
