This is a huge property that has a cabin, river, forest, and a multipurpose space. There are banana, pitanga, grapefruit, jaboticaba, and lime trees. Around the property there are some stone tables where you can have a picnic surrounded by nature and underneath the shade provided by the trees, or just sit down to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Close to the cabin lives the gardener who’s always willing to help. I am also one call away and can get there at anytime!

What a wonderful little place they have. They were new to Airbnb but you wouldnt know it as they thought of everything and stocked it with everything you need. Secure parking, small store across the street, excellent location and the Host are the BEST part of staying here. If you are looking for a place in your commute to the Caribbean side or just to be on the outskirts of San Jose this is it. You wont be disappointed!

This is a very modern place, super quiet and private. It’s in the middle of nature and got to see and hear many different kinds of birds.

This home is even more beautiful in real life. We have stayed at airbnbs all around the world and this really is one of a kind. Waking up to 360° views looking out to the beautiful gardens and rolling hills was extremely special. You are literally immersed in nature. The host was very welcoming and friendly. She showed us around and made us feel at home. She was always available if we had any questions. If you get the chance to stay here then we recommend you do! We can't wait to come back next time!!

I had such a peaceful and happy stay thanks to Xinia’s warmth, kindness, and experience. Before my trip, I called her from the U.S., and she patiently answered all my questions about transportation, weather, food, and even helped me figure out what places I had to visit. Her driver was waiting for me at the airport at 11 p.m., which made me feel really safe and confident I’d made the right choice. The house is in a very safe area, just one block from a convenience store and the bus stop to downtown. Everything was spotless—my room was super clean and well-organized, and the kitchen had great appliances (Cuisinart and Renaware!). I’d absolutely stay with Xinia again. Her personal attention truly exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, the new mattress was great, and the price was very reasonable. When I come back, I won’t even think twice—I’ll be staying with Xinia again. She made this trip unforgettable.
