Monthly Rentals in Moorpark

What an amazing Airbnb! Wendy's place was perfect for our L.A. visit! We didn't really need a kitchen and ate out most of the time, so the set up was perfect for us. But it was handy having the mini fridge and microwave. We loved that there was an extra room to hang out or make Zoom calls. The unit was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of room for two people, including a large closet for luggage storage. The unit does share a wall with the main house, but noise was minimal, you could hear dogs barking at times during the day but that didn't bother us. It was very quiet at night and we slept soooo well! Woodland Hills is a beautiful neighborhood and we loved that the location had access to so many great restaurants in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and think this would be a great place for a longer stay, even without a full kitchen. Thanks Wendy!

Great place for long term stays

Modern, fully stocked townhome in a great location. The space is huge, and the kitchen is the most equipped/had the best cookware we've seen in more than six years of long term Airbnb stays. There's even a bidet in the master bathroom which, once you've had one, it's difficult to imagine going back to pre-bidet life as you knew it. It's halfway between Thousand Oaks and Simi Valley (approx 15 mins to either), and just about 5 mins to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. in Moorpark. There's even a shopping center walking distance with a few small restaurants and shops. In terms of noise, despite sharing walls, the place is virtually pretty quiet. If you like complete silence, the neighbors have kids that play outside most days but it's a minor inconvenience overall. We did have a few issues during our stay, but Melissa and Megan were on top of things and handled these promptly and effectively. Overall we loved our time here and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway!
