Long story short – they ended up staying, founding a chain of resorts – Bali Hai Hotels, inventing the overwater bungalow used by many top resorts and raising families with beautiful local Tahitian “vahines”. Ma petite maison en bois et de bambou est pleine de charme. Ouverte sur un joli petit terrain arboré elle est décoré d'objets d'art que mon père a réalisés sur la plage. Chaleureuse, elle est bercée par le ressac des vagues sur le récif tout proche. Durant la saison des baleines, on peut voir les cétacés sauter à quelques mètres du récif frangeant. Notre plage rappelle les atolls avec ses coraux éblouissants alors que celle de sable blanc est toute proche (5 min à pied). Bienvenue à Temae.

The House is located on our property. It's a very quiet neighborhood. Sea access is 300 m away. The house consists of a small, very functional kitchen, a bedroom (160 cm x 200 cm bed) equipped with an air conditioner that opens onto a large shower room + toilet. On the ground floor, a second toilet. Upstairs there is a large mezzanine with 2 single beds of 190 cm x 90 cm and a sitting area with TV (local channels + USB port). Ideal for a couple or family. Equipped for babies.

Beachfront 3 bedroom 2 bath house

Our home is beachfront and composed of 3 bungalows that makeup 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a kitchen in the middle bungalow. Very spacious and large deck looking out to the ocean. Easy access off main hwy that goes around the island. Private pier is BROKEN right. But the beach is available for guests . Plenty of space for parking if needed. Kayaks are available complementary. We have bicycles available for rent at $10 per day.
