Everything is at your fingertips - including beach, shops, surf club, restaurants and wonderful walks. Every room has a beachfront view. For the Triathlon or Iron Man it is the absolute prime location - overlooking the finish line and less than 100m to the start and the cycling leg changeover for Tri. For family and spectators you have front row seats from the balcony. Great spot!

We expect our guests to be quiet & leave the unit as found, (please do not move furniture or items) 1st floor (via stairs) within a complex of 9. There is a single lock up garage - H1960mm x W2400mm. Enjoy access to the private jetty... swimming, self equipped fishing Duporth Tavern & Ocean St dining precinct are across the road, with Cotton Tree Beach, Sunshine Plaza & Picnic Point just a short walk away.

The beach house on the hill

Our little studio is attached to our house, therefore you might hear us from time to time. It’s a beach style place , where you can relax and enjoy your breakfast on your own private patio. Please note that there is a simple outdoor kitchen, with sink ,BBQ, fridge, kettle and microwave. You have a private entrance via the front yard ( as seen on one of the photos). Our neighbourhood is quite , and you might see some of our beautiful wildlife, like colourful Rainbow Lorikket and kangaroos

We offer a large renovated family holiday unit. It comprises of a queens bedroom. two toilets , dining area, large lounge, a well equiped kitchen, laundry and an outstanding view of the canal. Our holiday unit is close to the Mooloolaba beach and at the end of the street restaurants , cafes, a European bakery, and varied shops . The unit is on the ground floor with an outdoor garden/patio/outdoor dining/outdoor lounge/ BBQ area, dining, lounge, kitchen all overlooking the canal.
