House in the heart of Lot-et-Garonne and close to the "Purple Perigord". Agricultural, historical and gastronomic area where life is good. Come and enjoy our accommodation, a new house with views of the countryside. It has air conditioning, heating in each room, large living room with wood-burning stove, an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms one with a 160 bed, terraces and a large garden. It is possible to fish on a private lake located 400 meters away and also at Lake Lourbet 2 km away.

On request, we offer a fully plant-based breakfast and private Prenatal Yoga or Hatha Yoga (max 2 people) 60min for 45€ (please request ahead of time) No smoking is allowed on the property.
