Lazy Days Cozy Camp

A quaint little riverside camp on a section of St. George Lake in Liberty, Maine. Camp has a charming kitchen with big kitchen attitude(no dishwasher), dining area, and a connected living room with heat and air conditioning. A screened porch allows for a bug free, outdoor feel for coffee in the morning, a place to read a book or lounge. Camp sleeps 4 people in two bedrooms and a pull out couch in the living room for another. There are three kayaks(one being a double kayak) available to use.

The Barn

I call my place "The Barn" because as I was finishing it it took the shape and feel of a barn. It's not a barn. It's a quiet post and beam open concept building (a Jamaica Cottages kit) set among the fields of Appleton, Maine. You'll sleep in the loft or on a futon on the main floor. The bathroom is huge, 10X10, with a heated floor. It's an open concept kitchen and living space. From Appleton you are 20 miles away from the tourist destinations of Camden, Rockland, and Belfast.

They love Freedom for its quiet & natural beauty, & would love to host people at Halcyon Ridge who also want to escape the noise. Surrounded by trees and farmland, it’s a simple, intentional place to slow down, sleep well, and enjoy Maine without crowds or noise. The cabin features a king bed on the main level, a cozy wood stove, and a wrap-around cedar deck for coffee, reading, and stargazing. Camden and Rockland are about 25 minutes away, and Belfast is about 30 minutes.
