The entrance is separate from the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Located on 4 hectares (9.9 acres) on the edge of the forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens - Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

The house has been entirely renovated inside. There are three bedrooms, one large bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed and a couch or single bed (this can also open up to be a double). On the second floor there are the other beds. There is another Queen bed and separated by a paritition and the staircase is the third sleeping area with two single beds (these can both open up to become doubles). The house is ideal for two families or a family with room for the grandparents.
