De badkamer op de begane grond hoort bij deze studio gelieve deze niet te gebruiken. Niet voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Er bevinden zich trappen in het huis waardoor kleine kinderen in de gaten gehouden moeten worden. Er is geen tv, wel WIFI. De keuken is geoutilleerd om te kunnen koken en eten.
