"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in the summer of 2024. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to September and fully available between August 8 and 23.

In the grounds of a turreted 15th century château - featured in a number of homes & interiors magazines - this beautifully converted, spacious, former stables is set in glorious gardens with views over our 10-acre truffle orchard. Full of character and charm, thick local limestone stone walls keep the house cool in summer yet cosy during the colder, truffle-hunting months. The covered terrace is perfect for alfresco dining and has an uninterrupted view of the gardens.

The Prairie cottage welcomes you in a green and tranquil setting. From the outset, nature takes back its rights. Here you can observe many wild animals.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

In the heart of the main Castles of the Loire, you benefit from 4 spacious bedrooms and annexes located in an old mill located on 5 ha of nature. The ubiquity of the water, heated pool (opening from 6/15 to 9/15) (pond, river, laundry...) will mark your stay in depth. The estate is perfect for families (with kids) and groups. Comfortable cottage located in the countryside with free access to the entire outdoor area on our property of about 2 hectares (terrace with garden furniture, large meadow, pond, park, trampoline). Bed linen, blankets, duvets, towels, kitchen towels are included. Swimming pool secured by a lockable high shelter, useable covered or uncovered in free access. In winter, the pool is not available. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbors overlooking and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linens: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Great for resting!
