One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. The townhome was perfect for my family of four. We could all spread out on the three levels. The place was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed eating at restaurants a short walk from the townhome. There are grocery stores nearby as well. We took the metro all over Paris and had a very enjoyable trip! The host was super communicative and allowed us to leave our bags there before checkin. We are very happy with our choice and would stay there again. Merci !!

5-Star We had an excellent stay at this beautiful property in Gagny. The home was spotless, tastefully decorated, and located in a quiet, residential area with quick access to Paris by train. One of the standout features for me was the quality of the bedding—the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were soft, fresh, and clearly high-end. After long days exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back and get a truly restful night’s sleep. The host were responsive, and made check-in seamless. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a welcoming experience for their guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family of five — spacious, clean, and exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented, which was perfect for us. We especially appreciated being so close to the M7 metro line, making it easy to explore the city. There’s also a great bakery and supermarket just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient. Our host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was seamless. Highly recommended!

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

Madalena was a wonderful host from the start. Before arriving, she always responded quickly to any questions. Once at her house, she was attentive to any need I might have, doing everything to make me feel at home. The house is fully equipped, with everything you might need. Very well decorated and very cozy. Very well located, a 10-minute walk from the train station and with buses 2 meters away. The area where it is located is very quiet and safe. House well suited to groups because there are lots of rooms , which is nice. The neighborhood is quiet and there are a few shops nearby which is very nice. We had a great time at Olivier's

We enjoyed staying at the location. Very close to public transportation. We greatly enjoyed small neighborhood feel and absolutely loved restaurants in the neighborhood.

A beautiful apartment where you will find everything you need, a pool that offers a little relaxation after the exhausting city tour and loving care by excellent hosts (always approachable, a filled refrigerator) - nothing is left to be desired. Celebrated my fiancé 26th birthday and Cecile went out of her way to ensure we had a wonderful stay, communicated, set up a surprise with champagne and balloons, answered all questions super fast and was very helpful. It definitely elevated our stay, it also helps that the neighborhood is very charming and perfect you don’t want to stay so deep in a busy area but it’s just close enough to all your activities. When we comeback to Paris this will definitely be somewhere we hope to book again if it’s not taken!

I rent apartments very often. A host like Pascal is very rare. He heard all our little requests. The apartment was very clean. Pascal was quick to respond to our messages and provided feedback. This is also very rare. Wonderful accommodation and host!!!!

Ruben was very kind and responsive. He made sure to accommodate our every need. The location was amazing, could get everywhere with public transport.

The apartment was easy to get to from Gare du Nord (and any stop along Metro Line 4). Once you leave the metro, the walk is probably half a kilometer with no turns between the metro exit and the entry door. The host gave good instructions, making for an easier self check-in than some I've had. When I had a question, the host was very responsive and proactive. I very much appreciated this. I am unsure if the place is one of several from this host with the same layout, or if some items had been updated since the listing's pictures. It was essentially the same. It is said to accommodate 4 guests. The secondary bed is futon-type, and there is a bar, making it not the most comfortable, particularly for 2 sleepers. There is an older feel to the place, with a bit of musty smell. The mildew present in the grout of the shower may be the source of that. Quite comfortable, regardless. A makeshift solution for a door to close off the shower area leads to gaps; privacy is not ensured.

It was a pleasant stay. It was exactly like the pictures. The neighbours and neighbourhood were kind. And the location is really nice if you want to rest but still be close to the center ( 20 min metro)

We had a wonderful stay at Sixtine’s! We arrived early and she was happy to let us check in ahead of time. She also provided a travel cot for our infant and had it set up for us! You cannot beat the location, amenities, and beautiful view of Paris’ signature rooftops. From the beginning of the trip to the end, Sixtine provided perfect communication. We were very well cared for. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Maud was perfect with the communication and helpful with information on how to move around. The apartment is in a very nice area, charmingly decorated, spacey (for Paris standards, actually huge!) and very clean. The bed / mattress was great and one can sleep with an open window, very quiet neighbourhood!! I will most definetly return! Thank you, Maud!!!

We stayed for 3 days and our stay was very pleasant. The hosts were always responding to our questions and very helpful, proving us with instructions and suggestions. The apartment was gorgeous and the location was very quiet and beautiful. If I find way to Paris again, I would definitely book this accommodation.
